No Show/Cancellation Policy

Grand Teton Gastroenterology utilizes a wait list daily to schedule earlier appointments for patients awaiting treatment.  In order to accommodate our ill patients, we must be provided with adequate cancellation/reschedule notice.  Due to the extreme length of our wait list, a minimum notice of 24 business hours is required for office visit cancellations or reschedules.  Appointment modifications without proper notice and NO SHOWs are subject to a $50 fee and/or fulfillment of our designated NO SHOW program.  We thank you for your compliance.

 

Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. As a courtesy, our office does file insurance claims for you. If your insurance company requires authorization prior to a visit, please come to your appointment early with that information, otherwise we may have to reschedule your appointment.
